I think that deciding such important matches via penalty shoot-out is ludicrous. This should be done via golden-goal. If it's too unreliable for getting a decision in a reasonable time, then follow the example used in the NHL. Reduce the number of players on the pitch, to something like 9 on 9 or less. To effectively pin a loss on one player, like Mbappé, or like DeGea, for what is essentially a team sport, is wrong.
